We process your data in order to fulfil our obligations as a club that actively cooperates with Ærø Municipality as well as the Danish Sailing Union. For example, we collect member information in order to collect the correct quota from members, as well as to be able to provide true membership to Ærø Municipality as well as the Danish Sailing Union. It is the club alone that uses the personal data that we have about the members. The club's coaches use name lists at training, among other things. to record attendance. We will pass on information to the Danish Sailing Association when we has to do so because of the rules. The club uses external suppliers in relation to the electronic processing of data. These external suppliers only process our personal data in accordance with the instructions contained in a data processing agreement, concluded between the club and the supplier.

5. Processing of personal data

Personal data is all kinds of information that can be attributed to you to some extent. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. This is happening, for example, in the case of ordinary review of content or if you sign up for our newsletter.
